This website, mezzofin.com, is operated by mezzoFin, a division of Mezzoware Systems, LLC ("Mezzoware", "we", "us" or "our"). By using this site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Information only, not advice
Everything on this site is general information about our products. It is not legal, regulatory, compliance, tax or investment advice. References to FINRA or SEC rules are summaries to help explain what our software does; your firm and its counsel remain responsible for meeting its own obligations.
3. No affiliation with FINRA
mezzoFin and Mezzoware are not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) or the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). "FINRA" is a registered trademark of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc.
4. Our products
Product descriptions, screenshots and sample reports on this site are for illustration. Screenshots and samples use made-up data. Features may change. Access to any product, including TradeMonitor, requires a separate written agreement with Mezzoware, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with anything on this site.
5. Using the site
You may view and print pages from this site for your own business use. You may not copy, sell or republish site content, try to break into or disrupt the site, or use automated tools to collect information from it. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used; our Privacy Policy explains what that involves.
6. Trademarks and content
mezzoFin, TradeMonitor, their logos and the content of this site belong to Mezzoware Systems, LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Other names and marks belong to their owners.
7. Links to other sites
This site may link to other websites, including the TradeMonitor sign-in page. We are not responsible for the content or practices of websites we do not operate.
8. No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, including that it is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors.
9. Limit on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Mezzoware will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of this site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
